How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or reply to your purchase receipt email.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription anytime from "Manage subscription" in the tracker. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. For more details, see Paddle's Refund Policy.
